This is all white meat shredded chicken with barbeque sauce. It comes refridgerated, not frozen so the shelf life isn't too long. I have been looking for a BBQ chicken that is really good, all the ones I have tried haven't tasted quite the way I want them to. This one was no exception, nothing I could put my finger on, but my search must continue. (70 calories; 1g fat; 7g protein; 7g carbs; 13% sodium per 2 ounce serving)
