Healthy Choice: Lemon Pepper Fish

A fish fillet crusted in bread crumbs with lemon pepper flavoring,
served over a bed of rice pilaf, with broccoli florets on the side
and an apple/cherry dessert. The fish was tasty and a the crust was
a little crunchy, just the way it should be. the broccoli and the dessert
were also as expected. The rice pilaf was a bit of a disapointment.
Even though it had some wild rice and red bell peppers, it was tastless
and dry. Overall, I will get it again, but wish the rice were better.
