Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs
Swedish meatballs usually have a heavy cream sauce and are loaded with fat, so it is unusual to see them in a healthy dish. Cream sauces are very hard do do without fat, they usually come out watery, or tasteless. I was a bit suprised that the cream sauce was pretty good. Not as good as the heavy cream sauce of real swedish meatballs, but better than I expected. The pleasant feeling didn't last long though because the meatballs were not very good. They didn't have a good flavor and the texture was little like meat. The cooking directions were also disappointing. I really don't like microwave meals that take a long time to cook and use 50% power. Total cooking time 8 minutes at 50% power. I doubt I will buy these again.
