A nice hearty stew is just the thing to keep you going on a rainy day. This is decent stew-from-a-can. I wouldn't serve it to company, and of course, it is nowhere close to home-made, but it is great to keep a can or two in your desk or pantry for those days when you want something hot in a hurry. A can of this is filling and satisifing. Each can has two servings, but you are unlikely to eat half a can. (210 calories; 8g fat; 16g protein; 18g carbs 36% sodium per 1 cup (half can) serving)
