Healthy Choice: Mushroom Roasted Beef
Healthy choice entrees are generally pretty good. They also have better presentation than most others since the tray is divided into three parts. The main part is the chunks of beef with egg noodles covered in gravy. The vegetable for this one is Green Bean and Carrot Medley, this was good, but there were no spices or sauce of any kind on the vegetables. It also has 330 calories (3g fat, 21g protein). So far so good. Now the down side. The gravy over the Beef and noodles is bland. Too bland. If the thought of bland food makes you salivate, then rush out and buy this. Otherwise, there are better Healthy Choices.
