Healthy Choice: Chicken in Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce

More completely Grilled White Meat Chicken in Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce over Linguini Pasta with broccoli florets. I'm pretty sure that doesn't leave much out. This is a very good dish indeed. One of my favorites. The alfredo sauce is creamy and flavorful. The grilled was moist and plentiful. There is lots of protein and not much fat. The downsides are that the broccoli is plain, no seasoning, and I would like a few more noodles. That said, if you are trying to keep the calories down, better to skimp on the noodles than the chicken. (240 calories; 5g fat; 23g carbs; 22g protein 25% sodium; 4 weight watchers points)
