Penne pasta with salmon and a dill cream sauce. On the side is broccoli. The sauce is lightly flavored, but you can taste the dill. The salmon came out perfect. I liked this entree. The only downside is that it has only 240 calories (6g fat, 19g protein, a good mix) Cooking time is 4 minutes, stir 1 to 1.5 minutes more. I liked this much better than the Lean Cuisine Salmon with Basil, only 10 more calories, but it was more filling and seemed to have more salmon.
